Construction Management for Investors

As your Construction Manager, ICS will act as your agent throughout the design, construction, and closeout phases of your building project, until the day you turn on the lights in your new or renovated structure for the very first time.

ICS will manage all your details including:

  • provide input to establish highest and best use of your property,
  • work with Architects to keep your project costs down,
  • write the scopes of work, including material specification, for each required trade,
  • contact quality Contractors to assist in your bidding process,
  • control the job site providing a safe and secure environment,
  • liaison with Inspectors and Contractors to maintain the project schedule and budget,
  • approve contractor phase payment requests,
  • control the limited use of additional work authorizations and change of specification orders,
  • expedite certificate of occupancy through local and state agencies.
